3.2. The content on our website is updated Monday through Friday at midnight Central Standard Time (CST), which is UTC-6.
3.3. No updates will be made to the content on Saturdays or Sundays.
3.4. The Publisher shall not be held liable if content is not updated on any given day.

6.1. The Publisher shall not be held responsible for any data loss or any unforeseen events that cause the website to be down or content to be inaccessible.
6.2. The Publisher reserves the right to approve or reject any advertisement that violates our Community Standards, is deemed unsuitable for our audience, or is associated with illegal activities.
7. Donations
7.1. We greatly appreciate donations from our valued Users to support the operation of our positive newspaper. However, please note that donations do not grant any rights or influence over the content or management of the newspaper.
8. Ownership
8.1. E4B LLC is the sole owner of the intellectual content and material displayed on the Arkansas Optimist website. E4B LLC is the sole owner of this positive newspaper.
9. Advertisement Disclaimer
9.1. The Publisher provides a platform for Sponsors to display their advertisements. However, we make no guarantees or commitments that these advertisements will increase the Sponsors’ business or revenue.
9.2. The Publisher shall not be held responsible for any loss of business or revenue under any circumstances.
10. Agreement Activation
10.1. When Regional Representatives commence operations of our digital newspaper in any country, they automatically enter into this agreement.
10.2. When Sponsors submit paid promotional advertisements, this agreement becomes effective and enforceable from that point onward.
10.3. All Users who access and use our website are bound by this agreement.
11. Amendments
11.1. The Publisher reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time, with or without prior notice to Regional Representatives, Sponsors, and Users.
11.2. Regional Representatives, Sponsors, and Users are encouraged to regularly review this Terms and Conditions page to stay informed of any updates or changes.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. All content published on the Arkansas Optimist website, including text, images, videos, and other media, is the intellectual property of the Publisher and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
12.2. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content from the website is strictly prohibited.
12.3. Users and Sponsors are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal and non-commercial purposes.
13. User Conduct

23. Social Media Obligations
23.1. Regional Representatives are required to create, manage, and regularly update at least five social media accounts for their local Arkansas Optimist online paper.
23.2. Regional Representatives must post a minimum of two updates per day on each of these social media accounts to maintain active engagement with the local audience.
24. Entire Agreement
24.1. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Publisher, Regional Representatives, Sponsors, and Users regarding the use of the website and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
